Over the past couple weeks, Kayla and Gavin have been participating in a Drama Camp at church. They have enjoyed going and doing something different. Accept Kayla was sadly ill for 1 week of Drama but has recovered fully and has been able to participate whole heartedly this week.
This has left me extensive time with the 3 younger ones, which I have enjoyed tremendously. One morning I played tea party with Ava, took all 3 to see Doogal the movie (a free summer movie), went to the park, and did some shopping. It was really fun!!! Having all small ones at once? There is just something so precious about having them all at once. Not to say that having older ones isn't fun but they are sooo tiny and I just love hearing what the little ones have to say, and how they say it!! It's also fun to do things that are solely geared towards them.
So here a few pictures of our time spent together...Enjoy!!
Here they are getting ready for the movie Doogal!!
We brought our own little treats (cracker Jacks and crackers), rather than buying movie popcorn.

Our park day...as you can tell
I had a blast taking pictures!

It is so much fun to watch Carson be the BIG brother.
One thing I have noticed as a Mom, when the younger siblings have the opportunity to be the big brother or sister, they just LOVE to help out with the littlest ones. So I make sure to encourage and praise them for being Mommy's helper in that way!

great pics! you make it seem so easy to ''just have 3'' for a period of time! i hope i can have that attitude when i have 2!!!!! :)
Oh Meghann~
God knows exactly what you can handle!!! Having 3 kids was always and still is an easier number for me to care for. THEN...God said, "I will add two more to the mix."
Oh yes!!! For me having 5 is the stretching point. It challenges me to grow in MANY more areas than if I only had 3. Again, there are Moms who have 6 or 8 who would say 5 is easy for them!! Oh my!!
Yet, God is kind and gives us the exact children we are to have and just the right number too!! Be encouraged Meghann, you will do great with all your kids!!!
(thanks for the encouragement!)
