OK, we as a family enjoy St. Patrick's Day-why???
Not only will we study about it in History class today, but it also means our family's favorite meal...Corned Beef and Cabbage!!!!! Amazingly our kids just LOVE this meal. This meal is a must have for us at least once a month. Our kids truly enjoy authentic foods!!
Thanks to Stefan's parents who had introduced Stefan to these types of meals and foods when he was little, our kids now enjoy!!
(By the way Aldi's has Corned beef for 1/2 the price, than at any other grocery store!)
Sooo...it's good old Corned beef and cabbage for us tonight, and some beer-but not for the kids of course, just for Daddy. I'll take the wine, thank you!!
