For some reason my mind is so full of thoughts, I keep posting! Maybe it's the excitement of having so much to do-my adrenaline is beginning to kick in. Well, this is probably going to be my last post before Christmas Day.
Tonight is our Family Night Friday!! This month has been a little more leisure regarding Family Night Fridays. We have watched a couple of movies. We are still having them, we just haven't been picking out of the jar. So tonight for Family Night-the Gibsons (friends from church) are joining us!! That will be much fun!!!
This weekend, we will be with Stefan's parents in the mountains-which we are looking forward to the little get away. I hope to get some pictures also, and I look forward to posting them!!
We will be home for Christmas Day though!!! On Christmas Day some dear friends are spending Christmas dinner with my Mom and us. They are going on the church plant-which means they will be moving! The Lord has graciously allowed our relationship/friendship with them and their kids to develop so quickly. We are determined to stay close friends, despite the move!
So our days are full with much to do, wonderful people to see and to spend time with. God is kind. Yes, in the past, there have definitely been Christmas seasons where it has truly been difficult-financially or even health wise. Yet, God is always merciful...He has always walked us through those seasons, by His grace. This year He is allowing things to be different-there is a lot to look forward to.
We pray and hope that this Christmas season you will see God's grace in your lives as well. We pray that true hope in the Gospel will be evident no matter who we are with or what we are doing.
May the Lord bless you all as we celebrate our Lord Jesus!!!
See you soon!!!
Love to all,
Stefan, Erika, Kayla, Gavin, Carson, Ava, and Bella
