Wow now to update!
So much is happening! No baby yet! Two months left-31 weeks this week. Everything is going fine with the pregnancy. No complications-just numerous Braxton Hicks, especially if I am overtired. So getting adequate rest is essential! We are also in the process of completing many projects: Switching the kids to different rooms/painting bedroom furniture, and soon to be preparing for baby!
Family wise-everyone is doing well. Gavin and Carson are now playing baseball-pictures soon to follow. Stefan has been coaching Gavin's team this year and is enjoying it tremendously! By God's kindness, both teams have really grown close together. They have also individually developed their baseball skills. Gavin is our focused player-he really has a heart to want to do well and does. He is growing in his skills alot and we are thinking he may have a real gift for baseball.
Carson is our joyful player-he listens well, and always makes sure to wave when his greatest fans are watching, whether he is batting, running, or catching. Nothing can destract him from, "The Wave"! This wave will be a great memory!
It is neat to watch our boys grow in good character and apply all that they are learning in sports and other areas in life.
The girls are growing in many areas as well. Kayla is progressing in piano, yet we think we will bring her home the following season to learn more on her own. She would really like to continue developing her creative art skills. She just got her ears pierced!! She has been waiting for so long and now they are finally pierced. The purpose was for her serving heart attitude towards her siblings, especially Ava. What a wonderful big sister she is!
As for Ava-her desire in life right now is to keep up with her siblings. Mommy has had to grow in putting on Ava on her own schedule and not expect her to be on "our" or "a big kids" schedule. I am seeing fruit within the last couple of days of seeking to be more disciplined in this area!
All in all, Stefan and I are truly excited and looking forward to adding to our family soon! We are looking forward to parenting 5 wonderful gifts!
